Seeing clients in person. Call to make an appointment.
I am currently available for speaking engagements on Psychology, Jungian psychology and mental health.
I am a psychoanalytical psychotherapist.
Therapy provides a ritualized setting for a process that encourages the development of the client's intimate awareness of themselves.
It allows for the remobilization of thwarted capacities to give love and to receive love.
Self-knowledge reduces conflict and supports growth.
In a therapeutic relationship we meet weekly to process, sort through and examine our fears, thoughts, feelings and desires. It is confidential, private and a safe place to figure out where we are coming from and where we are going.
The framework of the therapeutic experience encourages introspection and self-reflection, necessary components to move through our pain and toward a healthier future. The framework give us structure, consistency and the strength needed do our work. If this sounds like something you would like to do, please contact me today for an intake appointment. I look forward to meeting you.

"Listening creates a holy silence. When you listen generously to people, they can hear the truth in themselves, often for the first time. And when you listen deeply, you can know yourself in everyone."
