I am now offering online therapy: Skype, video chat and phone. What does that look like? Because we don't meet in person, we schedule our session to meet via tele-health. Meeting in person is optimal but during these times we can do the next best thing by meeting up virtually. The virus mandates and restrictions, causing us to socially distance and self quarantine. can cause us to feel anxious. Combine uncertainty and isolation and that is a perfect recipe for anxiety, depression and even grief to get out of our control.
